Economic autonomy of FSVs.

Looking back at 2025, AFC conducted individual assessments, provided technical and vocational trainings, delivered personalized coaching, and supported women survivors of violence with starter kits. These efforts contributed to enabling 12 survivors to launch or strengthen and structure their income-generating activities. The process relied heavily on close individual follow-up, partnerships with coach and trainers, and continuous adaptation to the capacities and availability of the survivors, many of whom face complex social and family constraints. This economic empowerment component was also closely linked to psychosocial support, recognizing that economic recovery cannot be separated from psycho-social stability and safety. As a result, survivors were able to begin generating income, gain greater financial independence, develop practical business and technical skills, and rebuild confidence in their ability to make decisions for themselves and their families.
